self efficacy

i have learnt that self efficacy is pretty much to me self confidence and law of attraction always have a positive mind set and always find the best in the worst times. The interesting thing about self efficacy is that it controls your future. The way it effected me is i know see the better in things. i feel like i need to change the way i do things and i need to stay on task and not get distracted easily, and another way it has effected me is in sports because i have played high level sports in multiply sports and when i play club/school sports i feel like i have a much bigger role then when i play high level sports and when i do play club/school sports when im on the field/court i play to the best of my ability because i know that my team needs it but when i play high level sports i feel like i am not that confident in myself and i do not play to the best of my ability. i knew that self efficacy is sorta like self confidence but i now have a much better view and understanding of what self efficacy mean.
