If I was Prime Minister.

If i was prime minister of New Zealand I would solve the meth problem in New Zealand by putting the users/sellers in jail for a reasonable sentence then when they are out of jail id put them in a program to stop them from using/selling. I will put them in jail to make them learn a lesson to not use/sell anymore then put them on the program to help them steady their life and get back on track.
